Module 1: Love Without Defensiveness
Learn how to repair a ruptured connection with your partner, clear resentments, and open beyond your childhood patterns. Take ownership of the attachment wounds, accumulated scars, projections, and habits you bring into a relationship. Practice breaking free from the limitations of your past conditioning to liberate the lover you were born to be. Learn how to tend to each other nervous system to create an environment of trust, safety, and deep connection. Reveal your code needs and desires in a way that inspires your partner and sets them to meet you.
Module 2: The Art of Embodied Intimacy
Your body is an amazing instrument you can use at any moment to tell the story, express how you feel, and invite your partner into the depths of intimacy. Here we practice being deeply present in the body to evoke a greater level of intimacy at any moment. Harnessing the power of deep breath, spaciousness, open heart, sound, and movement, we take a risk of full-body expression to increase the flow of love and play. Reconnect with your natural essence. Expand your natural gifts as a lover through deeper understanding, cultivation, and embodiment of masculine & feminine energetics. Learn the difference between Masculine vs. Feminine perspectives and desires regarding intimacy & relationships.
